The first book in the Małe Licho series, “Małe Licho i tajemnica Niebożątka”, is a magical, yet cosy and wholesome story written by the one and only Marta Kisiel who works with words like no other writer I know.

There’s a strong sense of adventure, quiet routines, and small moments that make everything feel like home, an unusual kind of home. To understand exactly what that means, you really have to read the story yourself, which I highly recommend!

Marta Kisiel writes with a unique mix of sharp humor and tenderness. I laughed often while reading, but there were also moments that touched something much deeper. I wouldn’t classify this series as a children’s book only, it has layers that speak just as clearly to adults. It really is an ultimate classic, new release of a series already known and loved by many.
